ARTWORK AVAILABILITY

All artwork on my site is available for sale, with the exception of noted work in private collections. I currently have the latest collection/s for sale in my shop, but please reach out by the contact form or by email reeve@reevewashburn.art with interest for other works seen in the site.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After you order online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. I normally confirm receipt of your order within 24 hours of ordering.

SHIPPING

Your order will ship within three to five business days. All pieces are packed for protection in shipping and shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Actual ship times may vary, but your piece or pieces should arrive within 1-2 weeks. All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. Expedited shipping is available. Please contact me at reeve@reevewashburn.art or by using the contact form on this website to request an expedited shipping quote.

LOSS, DAMAGE, AND THEFT

When I contract with a carrier, your artwork is fully insured against loss and damage. This policy is valid only for the time the artwork is in transit. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier has issued a notice of delivery receipt. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I do not have international shipping currently as an option on my site, but would be happy to get a quote for you on any piece that interests you. Please use the contact form or email me at reeve@reevewashburn.art to provide your city or province, country, and postal code for a quotation. Please allow 3-4 weeks for international orders to arrive. This is just an estimate, individual locations may vary. I reserve the right to cancel or refund an order due to the difficulty of shipping an item to certain countries.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the original and handmade nature of each work, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be given. I try my best to represent the colors, tones, and textures in my work on the website. If for some reason you feel there is a problem with your item, please email me at reeve@reevewashburn.art within 48 hours of delivery and I will do my best to resolve the issue. If applicable, please provide a photo of your item attached to the email. 

OWNERSHIP

All artwork is the sole property of Reeve Washburn and is held under copyright even after purchase or commission. The images, artwork and contents of this website may not be copied, collected, or used for personal or professional gain without the written permission of Reeve Washburn. All images of artwork, sold or otherwise, are retained by Reeve Washburn.

COMMISSIONS

I accept limited commissions. Timeframe and price will vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece requested. We will have an initial consultation to go over details. I ask for 50% downpayment and then payment of the balance, plus actual shipping expenses, on completion.
