Join me for the closing reception of “A Cool Summer Breeze,” my first group show at Georgetown’s Side Rail Collective! My newest Vessel Series, “Aeolian,” will be among the work of local Seattle-area artists, all unique expressions of the feeling of “A Cool Summer Breeze.” This delightful seasonal show is curated by West Seattle artist, entrepreneur and friend T. Frick. In her own words,
“There are few things more refreshing than the whisper of a cool summer breeze to break the hot spell of summer. You know the feeling – your hair blowing in the breeze as you sit on your back deck, sipping on a refreshing Frosé or swaying in the cool evening air, caught up in the music and conversations of dear friends. The rustling of the leaves as they tussle and mingle with the passing air. Tip your head back, close your eyes and let the cool, calming tones transport you….”
I’ll be at the closing reception, part of Georgetown’s Second Saturday Art Attack!
Closing Reception: September 9, 4-8 pm
